How long is the trial?
14 days, full features. Then activate with a license key to continue.
How many PCs can I use?
Two seats per license. Use Settings → License → Deactivate this PC to free a seat.
Windows says “Unknown publisher” / SmartScreen
Download only from magicull.com. Once the installer is Authenticode-signed, SmartScreen warnings should ease after reputation builds. Choose More info → Run anyway only for our signed build.
Where do Keep / Reject / Trim files go?
Into folders MagiCull creates next to your footage (or via filename suffixes if you choose that in settings). Delete goes to the Recycle Bin when enabled.
Refunds
Handled through the checkout provider (Paddle / Lemon Squeezy) once the store is live. Contact support with your order email.
